VRV / VRF Refrigerant Pipe Sizing

Size the refrigerant piping for a Daikin VRV system: the main pipe from the outdoor HP, and each branch pipe and refnet joint from the downstream indoor capacity index. Based on Daikin VRV IV pipe-selection tables. Related: see the VRV system in 3D.

Outdoor unit (HP) Sets the main pipe (outdoor → first branch) and first refnet.

Branch downstream capacity index Sum of the class numbers of all indoor units after this branch (e.g. a 5.6 kW FXFQ50 = 50).
